SHIPPING:
All orders will be processed the day we receive payment confirmation. UK orders should arrive within 2 days, but may take up to 10 days. We aim to ship International orders within 5 days but they may take up to 14 days to arrive. Please be aware that Customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. RETURNS POLICY:
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you want to exchange or return your order please e-mail us at estore@emaharishi.com to request a returns number which should accompany your return.
Exchange / Refund requests are only accepted within 14 days of purchase or 21 days in the case of international orders.
Once you have recieved you returns number (which will be within 24 hours) please package your item safely (we cannot be responsible for damage or loss in transit) and address it to:

We advise you send all items by registered post as we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to items being returned. Once we have recieved the item back in sellable condition we can either exchange or refund your order. Please be aware that we will not refund the original shipping charges in any instance other than an item being proved to be faulty.
